Meet Alyssa
Alyssa Morris is the Owner and Lead Designer of Morris Event Planning & Design. Her passion for planning began in college where she coordinated events as the campus representative for a worldwide brand. After graduating from Baylor University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in public relations, her love for planning continued to grow as she planned her own Texas wedding in 2018.
Lover of shoes, all things Kendra Scott and a delicious latte- Alyssa enjoys spending her free time relaxing with a glass of white wine while re-watching Gilmore Girls and snuggling up with her husband and 4-year-old golden retriever pup, River.
While her husband was stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Alyssa joined an award-winning event planning and design firm. For 3 years she designed and coordinated luxury weddings throughout the Colorado Springs/Denver area and became a frequent face at The Broadmoor- The Longest-Running Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond Resort in the World.
Alyssa created Morris Event Planning & Design when she moved back home to Texas where she has continued creating beautiful weddings and events throughout the Dallas/Fort-Worth metroplex.
